About the Teacher

About the Teacher:

The 2025-2026 school year marks Dr. Johal's 19th year teaching high school math and her 16th year teaching at Woodbridge High.  Dr. Johal received her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University. She completed a Master of the Arts Program in Mathematics Education with a Concentration in Curriculum and Instruction.  She recently graduated with a doctorate in educational leadership. Her dissertation topic involved a correlational study examining the relationship between SAT scores and first-year college success, as measured by first-year college grade point average and earned college credits. 

In her spare time, Dr. Johal enjoys working out and coaching basketball and softball. Dr. Johal hopes to spark a tremendous interest in data analysis for all of her students. Have a question, please ask.
