About Ms. Gonzales
Hello all! I'm both thrilled and honored to be Colonia Middle School's Theater Arts teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. I am excited to be a part of this wonderful community and believe this will be a great year for all.
A little about me:
I graduated from Rider University and hold a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree.
I have worked in professional, community, and educational theater for the majority of my life.
I chose teaching to share the power and the importance of the performing/creative arts.
My parents went through the Woodbridge School District over 50 years ago!
In my free time I love to read, write short stories, and bake pastries!
My Mission:
My goal each year is to provide a safe, progressive, and effective learning environment for all of my students. I commit myself entirely to their needs to ensure they find success. Students who learn with me understand that the goal is always growth and improvement. My passions for both Theater and English allow me to give students a place where learning becomes fun and exploration is encouraged. In my class, we are a community and a team always working towards the same end goal. And we will achieve it together!
