This year, students will deepen their understanding of concepts included in Language Arts, while also learning new skills and concepts. 

In class, we will focus on various literary devices, creating accurate citations, and elements of drama, as well as other critical concepts. Additionally, we will also learn about different types of writing and eventually master writing them ourselves. These types of writing are historical fiction, research essays, personal narratives, poetry, and short stories.
