I grew up in East Rutherford, NJ. I graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a B.A. in Psychology. Then, I received my teaching certification in K-6 from Caldwell College. I completed my student teaching in Kindergarten. I was a substitute teacher for five years. In April 2013, I took a long-term substitute position in 5th grade at Indiana Avenue. My first year of teaching, I was a teacher at Indiana Avenue in 5th grade. Then, I was a teacher at Menlo Park Terrace in 5th grade for four years. I am currently a Kindergarten teacher at Kennedy Park. I have been teaching here the past 4 years. This is my 9th year of teaching! My husband is a gym teacher at Indiana Avenue, and we have a daughter named Adrianna who is 4 years old! I love spending time with my family, reading books, drawing, going to Disney, the beach, and most of all I love teaching!
