Hello! My name is Sherry Oliveira and I am going to be your child's In Class Resource Language Arts, Math or Wilson reading teacher for the school year. This is my fourteenth year here at Avenel Middle School, but my twenty sixth  year working in Woodbridge Township. Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work with every grade level from first through eighth! I particularly enjoy teaching both math and language arts, and feel fortunate to teach both here at AMS!

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my twelve year old son, my husband and our three cats. I like to be outside and try to stay active. In my free time, I like to workout, go on long walks,  and read.

I look forward to meeting my new students and working with my former students again!
