Grading Policies
1. All students are expected to meet class deadlines for assignments, tests and projects. A late assignment will receive one whole grade lower for each day it is late. (For example, a grade of B- would become a C- if the assignment were handed in one day late.) No late homework assignments will be accepted because they will be reviewed in class the next day.
2. Students are expected to maintain academic integrity at all times. Please read the Woodbridge Township Policy on Plagiarism.
In addition, Syracuse University students please read the Syracuse University Academic Integrity Policy policy and review "Know the Code...It's Your Responsibility."
3. Students who are absent due to illness or family necessity are given the number of days absent plus two days to make up tests and class assignments that were assigned while the student was absent.
4. R/S-Track class: WHS Marking Period Grades = major assessments 50%; minor assessments 50%. Final Grade = MP1 40%; MP2 40%; final exam 20%.
