FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) is an educational association of students preparing for careers in business and business related fields. Students may attend a National Fall Leadership Conference that is designed to guide and motivate their successes for the year. This includes workshops, seminars and exhibits. Students also compete on regional and state levels in events testing their business knowledge and skills. Top state winners are then eligible to compete for national awards at the National Leadership Conference.
