Sometimes we feel anxious or worried. We may be upset or frustrated. Sometimes we are sad or need a break. Just like in our classroom, we have a spot to go to and take a time out for ourselves. Set a timer for 2 minutes, just like in our Calm Down Center at school. Follow the breathing tips on one of the breathing pictures. Then take some extra time if you need, and look at the tips for more ways to calm down.
