“Success Comes From Both a Shared Responsibility and Personal Accountability.”

My educational philosophy resonates  with our  school theme for this year, I believe that learning is a shared responsibility  whether it takes place virtually or face to face.  It is one's discipline that drives one's success. Anyone that has personal accountability will find a way to achieve their goals.I have experienced it in my life, when I had set SMART (Specific, Measurable,Achievable, Relevant,Time-Sensitive) goals.Being an immigrant from India and raising two successful kids from the public education system, while also pursuing my own education has made me a firm believer in personal accountability. I met people on my journey who inspired me and  guided me , they did their part as shared responsibility and by keeping myself accountable I continue to  be a lifelong learner.
