Post Reconstruction - 1990
Whether you are looking from more pain following APUSH I or you are looking for more of a challenge coming from US I R Track, APUSH II is for you! We will cover the following topics: Gilded Age, Imperialism, Progressive Era, WWI, Roaring 20s, Great Depression, New Deal, WWII, Cold War, Fifties, 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. Just know, there is a lot more of an emphasis on writing DBQs, LEQs, and SAQs. First and foremost, you need to have a passion for history. Second, you need to be able to contextualize (cause and effect) and synthesize across various decades (CCOT). Lastly, it's very important you be able to apply key terms (or what I can PEDLIGS) into your writing.
As I embark on year 11 of APUSH, in the words of Bart Scott, I "CAN'T WAIT"!
