Classroom Expectations

Students are expected to follow all WHS rules and policies inside of Mrs. Murgittroyd's classroom.
Students are expected to use proper digital etiquette while using technology such as iPads, Chromebooks, Macs.
Students are expected to uphold proper digital citizenship at all times!
Excessive Class Tardy Discipline Schedule
Semester Courses
2 lates - verbal warning in class
4 lates - formal warning from administration
6 lates - one block of ACS (must be served the same block as the offense)
8 lates - one day of ACS
9 lates - loss of credit
Full Year Courses
4 lates - verbal warning in class
8 lates - formal warning from administration
12 lates - one block of ACS (must be served the same block as the offense)
16 lates - one day of ACS
18 lates - loss of credit
Quarter Courses
2 lates - verbal warning in class
4 lates - one block of ACS (must be served the same block as the offense)
5 lates - loss of credit
Eighth Courses
2 lates - verbal warning in class
3 lates - loss of credit
Parent notification
Parents will receive contact for the following reasons:
Excessive lates/absences in class
Missing assignments
Missed major grade assignment
Interim notification via Genesis
Social emotional awareness
Progress update
Positive achievements!
End of semester due dates for all missing and final work
