Students who are experiencing issues with their Chromebook should fill out this form.

Once received by the technology team, students will be called down for repairs/replacements.

Chromebook Fine Schedule

Damaged or lost charger - $50

Damage - $50 first incident

Examples: cracked screen; broken bezel; broken power button/volume controls; missing keys

Graffiti - $20

Stickers and/or residual sticker glue - $10

Missing S/N sticker - $10

Missing/damaged HP Gumdrop case - $50

Lost/Stolen/Irreparable - $255

Students who have lost or damaged their USB-C charger can purchase a replacement for less 

than the cost of the fine.
