We place Transitional Coaches in schools to bridge critical service gaps. These professionals, trained in counseling, social work, and related fields, help students navigate challenges such as academic underperformance, bullying, negative peer influences, grief, low self-esteem, and more.
Working collaboratively with school counselors, administrators, and staff, Transitional Coaches support the whole child. They deliver an evidence-based curriculum that builds respect for authority, goal-setting skills, assertive communication, substance-use resistance, cultural respect, self-worth, and effective coping strategies for trauma, stress, and anxiety.
Our service is accessible, inclusive, and entirely free for students, families, and schools without affecting insurance plans or premiums. By aligning with school and district missions, our program strengthens individual student outcomes while improving overall school climate, creating a supportive environment where every student can thrive.
