Import data from Google Calendar to Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
Use the Download Calendar app to download the calendar from Google (To skip this step upgrade PrintableCal from Basic to Ultimate)
Open a new Excel worksheet and go to the PrintableCal tab
Click Create Calendar
Using the wizard that appears on the side bar, choose Agenda > "Annunciation-Agenda Template (for monthly or weekly bulletins) or another template based on your needs and click next
Then, set your date range and configure settings (You will have different options based on what template you use)
Click the red "X" next to the iCalendar File label to delete the previous calendar
Click "Add Calendar" and choose "iCalendar File" then navigate to the .ical file you created in step 1. Click Done
Then your calendar will be built into a new Excel document.
From here you can select column A and paste the calendar into a new Word document to edit the calendar.
To convert the table to text in Word:
Click the crosshair in the top left of the table to select the whole table
Then, on the Table Tools > Layout click "Convert to Text"
Toggle "Paragraph Marks", enable nested tables, and click OK
Now complete the formatting, removing paragraph lines where necessary, removing extra/unnecessary information, and format the text. From here, you can paste it into Publisher.
