Naviance's Planner section is an area where students can stay organized with their own goals and tasks the school requires and recommends as a student progresses through school. There is also access to Curriculum in Naviance to help support your journey towards reaching your goals after graduation.
Tasks are items the WS/FCS District and/or your school assign as important for you to review and complete if it aligns with your career pathway. Within the tasks area you can review tasks you need to work on, you've completed, that are overdue, and tasks for future grades. Some tasks might auto mark as complete based on an action within Naviance (like complete a scholarship search) but others may require you to upload information directly to Naviance for your School Counselors to be able to review.
Goals is an area for yourself, where you can create goals and keep track of your progress in achieving them. You can define your next step within a goal to add a "to-do" list item to help you stay on track.
To-Dos are action items you need to complete. These can be individual items, or a part of how to achieve a bigger goal you've set.
Calendar view allows you to see the upcoming due dates for to-dos and tasks in your calendar. You can look at your calendar in "Calendar View" or "List View," whichever you prefer!
Curriculum offers self-paced lessons in the Naviance Curriculum that cover a wide range of themes to ensure that students have the knowledge they need to be ready for the transition from high school to beyond.
