The Home Page on Naviance is a glimpse into all the other information you've saved that you find most important, information like announcements or tasks from your school, and a snapshot of your plans for your future. It's important to know how to navigate your Naviance account, starting with your home page.
The Navigation bar is located at the top of your Naviance pages, on almost all the pages of the site so it's an easy way to jump to different sections wherever you are on the site.
Click on any of the underlined words (or by the navigation banner at the top of this page) to jump to one of these sections and learn more!
Future Planning: This is the area for students to share what their current plans are for after high school. You can change your mind and update this whenever you'd like! Whatever you choose highlights different things on your homepage, but you still have access to everything.
Click "Edit Path" to update yours!
Welcome Message: This is where your school will add a message to you and it may be specific to your grade level. Within this area they can link to presentations, pages, and other information you need. If you see "Read More" then click on that to expand the message. "Additional Information from Your School" opens up links and pages your school thinks are important for you to access.
Tasks: The WS/FCS District and your school may assign tasks in this area. Tasks are specific things for you to complete in Naviance that are important to your grade level and being prepared in planning for your post graduation goals. This could include things like: apply to college, take the ACT, upload scholarship information, complete your senior profile and resume, etc.
Other quick links and highlights on your home page will be based on what you chose as your Path within the "Future Planning" box. Here are some examples of what you may see on your page:
