With site based devices, all broken devices are to be returned to the homeroom teacher so they can track which of their devices are out for repair. In order to help a homeroom teacher, you can add a post-it to the device with the speific issue (i.e. g and h keys do not work, broken screen, etc.). If it is a charging issue, please make sure you have checked all possible charging ports on the device and have tried to charge it with at least two different chargers.
A broken/nonfunctioning device should be turned into the Learning Commons by the homeroom teacher with a post-it with the specific issue written on it so it can be processed for our technician. If a device is left without a note, it will be returned to the homeroom teacher.
