During hybrid learning, we are available through Zoom to meet with students. Like all online platforms, Zoom is not a perfect system. Zoom recently upgraded their security measures. We now require passwords, make use of a waiting room feature and we "lock" the meeting room after students arrive, all to ensure security. It is also highly encouraged that the parent/guardian is somewhat present during the zoom call. If you are uncomfortable with our using Zoom, please let us know and we will make other arrangements to keep in touch with your child. Please note, that you do not need to download Zoom; We will send you an invite link to meetings via email. For additional help, please reference this Zoom document.

Kathryn Mason, LICSW has been the Oak Grove School Counselor since 2010. She brings to Oak Grove 30 years of practice as a child and family psychotherapist. Kathryn has her Masters in Clinical Social Work from Boston University, a specialization in trauma and Advanced Certification in Clinical Supervision from Smith College. Kathryn is also a VT Licensed School Counselor.

Traci Bartlett, M.A., . Traci works with all our students and families, and supports children with social and behavioral challenges. She offers a depth of experience in family based support and crisis management. Traci is a graduate of Union College and Marlboro College. She is a certified mental health counselor and has a Masters in Health Administration & Management.
