- UP-TO-DATE PHYSICALS ON FILE
- athletes cannot practice until a physical is turned in
- It must be this form
2. Signed Parent - Athlete Contract (See Expectations Tab)
3. ATTIRE IN PREPARATION FOR ANY WEATHER CONDITIONS
- Extra hoodie/sweatshirt, sweatpants, gloves ($3 at Wal-Mart), hat/ear warmers ($3-5 at Wal-Mart), extra socks, extra pair of shoes, etc.
4. New running/training shoes (even if athletes do not compete in racing events, they need new athletic shoes to prevent injury)
- Wal-Mart ($20-$50), Famous Footwear ($40-$90) , Fleet Feet ($90-$120)
5. Racing Spikes
- athletes who sprint or run distance should consider purchasing a pair of spikes to race in at meets
- approximately $45-100 anywhere you may go (Fleet Feet is my highest recommendation for strong quality and can last for several years)
6. Sports Watch
- just a simple athletic wrist watch can be very beneficial for athletes to see their workout results, as well as keep track of when they need to return to the middle school from their workout with the high school atjhletes, if they did so
- Wal-Mart ($10-$15)
