At track meets, the coaches will be dispersed ALL OVER THE PLACE trying to effectively coach 26 events and 100 kids (pleeeeease give us some credit; this gig is harder than it looks!).

In order for us to know that you are signing your kid out after they complete their event(s) to go home early, please EMAIL Coach Heidorn the week of the particular meet(s), informing us ahead of time. That way, we can document this before the meet(s) and it will just be known to the coaches that your child is leaving.
