1)Look at the Palm of your hand. Now trace each finger slowly and as you go up a finger, breathe in. As you trace down a finger, breathe out. Do this for all five fingers. If you are not feeling better. Repeat. This can be done discretely. No one will know you are doing this.
2) PEACE breathing. Breathe in for P.....E.....A.....C.....E......then breathe out for P.....E.....A.....C....E...... Repeat if necessary.
3) 5 things. Look around at your environment. Name one thing you can see that brings you joy. Name one thing you can hear (you may have to really zone in). Name one thing that you can smell. Name on thing that you can touch. Name one thing that you can taste (or recently tasted that was enjoyable.
