WMS Indians Basketball

1. Always be on time, for everything you do. This applies to all practices and games. Come to practice ready to work hard and to get better. Come to the games ready to give it your best. You should be excited to get to the gym, every day! There is nothing wrong with getting to the gym EARLY! Be responsible at all times!!!!

2. Work Hard during practice…every practice…give 100% for me and I will do the same for you. You play like you practice…practice hard so that we can play hard…and dominate!

3. NO EXCUSES!! You need to learn to always take responsibility for your actions. YOU are responsible for your actions on the floor, in the locker room, and on the bus…anywhere you represent WMS and Indian Basketball! This also applies in the classroom…if you don’t study you don’t play!!

4. Show RESPECT!! The classroom is the most important aspect of being on this team. If you are disrespectful, or get into trouble in the classroom, it will be dealt with by me…on the floor!

5. I want every one of you to have FUN. Basketball should be a fun learning experience. What you learn through basketball will help you for the rest of your life. Nowhere does it say that you can’t enjoy what you are doing even if what you are doing is hard work. The harder you work the better you will get…always have fun with what you are doing!
