"...the central purpose of education is to promote human flourishing."

Philosophy
We share Manitoba's Philosophy of Inclusion that states:
"Inclusion is a way of thinking and acting that allows every individual to feel accepted, valued, and safe. An inclusive community consciously evolves to meet the changing needs of its members. Through recognition and support, an inclusive community provides meaningful involvement and equal access to the benefits of citizenship."
We strive to ensure that neurodiverse students experience school as much as possible like their neurotypical peers.

Vision
We strive to ensure that learners are seen, known, supported, and cared for.
Learners are noticed and included in the life of school. Learners are given regular access and opportunity to take part in school activities.
Staff take the time to get to know students, their unique characteristics, motivators, and needs.
Learners are provided with the support they need to experience success and to participate in school life.
Learners' needs are met in various domains - physical, social-emotional, academic. We strive to build a culture of trust and safety.
