If you are on this page your student struggles to differentiate voiced versus unvoiced sounds in their speech. If you put your had on your throat and produce "Sue" , now produce "Zoo" Can you feel that your throat buzzes for the /z/? Sometimes children can mix this up and that can make it difficult to understand them. For example "Kate" and "Gate" mean two different things depending completely on voice alone! For this week please practice the following sounds by clicking on the underlined words and scrolling to the bottom of the page it takes you to. Next week more will be uploaded for continued practice!
