Welcome to the Snowcrest Media Center Website! Our library is a beautiful and productive workspace to enhance your learning and reading enjoyment. Since the school opened in 1987, the Snowcrest Library has served students in their educational pursuits. We have a gallery of student artwork, a loft for students to work with advocates to improve grades, and a SkyRoom for relaxation. Our space offers multi-genre literature, fiction and non-fiction resources, a growing graphic novel section, and more than 9,500 print books for check-out. Using the school library regularly can enhance your junior high school academic experience. Please come in to wander, wonder, and to ask questions.
Our Mission: The Snowcrest Junior High Library serves a learning community that values and promotes: Intellectual Freedom, an Appreciation of Reading, Independent Learning and Problem-Solving, Collaboration, Digital Fluency, and Positive Character Traits in a productive, engaging environment.
Our Vision: The Snowcrest Junior High Library provides opportunities to gain and demonstrate information literacy skills, inspiring students to explore, learn, and grow.
