State of Utah Education Benefits: The State of Utah has several education benefits available to Veterans and Service members. Utah State Approving Agency for Veterans Education (UT-SAA): The SAA validates academic and vocational programs so eligible individuals may receive GI Bill education benefits administers by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to advance their career goals. Check the VA's Web Enabled Approval Management System (WEAMS) by clicking here to see if your program is listed. If if is not, it will need to get approved by the Utah State Approving Agency for Veterans Education.

Accredited VSO representatives provide free services for Veterans and their families. They have completed training and passed tests about VA claims and decision reviews. Veterans with Disabilities Honor Pass: The Utah Honor Pass is a free pass that allows eligible veterans with disabilities to visit Utah State Parks. Up to seven guests in the same vehicle can also use the pass.
