During our Welcome Back Student Orientation, our student body officers introduced Fremont High School’s new theme: Live the Legacy.
Live the Legacy is about more than just words—it’s about action. It reminds us that every choice we make, every effort we give, and every way we treat others leaves an impact. At Fremont, we are part of a proud tradition, and this theme challenges us to honor that tradition by learning with purpose, supporting one another, and leaving the school stronger than we found it.
As Silverwolves, we don’t just think about today—we build a legacy for tomorrow.

Final Score: Fremont 42, Weber 10
During the season-opening rivalry game at Weber on August 15, our Fremont Silverwolves delivered a commanding performance, defeating the Warriors 42–10. Cade Hadley powered the ground attack with 115 yards and three touchdowns. Meanwhile, Manase Tuatagaloa led a balanced offensive assault with 144 passing yards (one TD) and 64 rushing yards. Our defense set the tone with early turnovers and a critical goal-line stand, while special teams ignited momentum right from the kickoff. This all-around effort gives the Silverwolves great momentum as the season gets underway—way to make it count, team!
Our Fremont Cheer and Silverline are Ready to Shine
After practicing hard all summer long our cheerleaders and dance team are ready to shine. They help make Fremont a place full of energy and pride. From leading cheers at games to performing at assemblies, they bring our community together and create an atmosphere of excitement and support. Their hard work, leadership, and school spirit inspire students and showcase what it means to be a SilverWolf!
10 schools competed in the Northern Utah Invitational at Eagle Mountain and Fremont came out on top getting their first win of the season in their first match!
Success at the Fair: Fremont FFA in Full Motion!
Fremont FFA officers Garrison Selman and Kiersten Mitchell are national Agriscience Fair finalists. They'll represent their chapter with a project on the feasibility of hydrogen as a replacement for petroleum-based fuels. Good luck to both as they compete on the national stage!

Manase Tuatagaloa stands out not only as a great football quarterback but also as one of the most popular and respected students in the school. His popularity comes from his genuine character; he is exceptionally kind and treats every student with the same level of respect and friendliness. Manase makes a point to talk to everyone, making people feel included and valued. Because of his integrity and kindness, students naturally look up to him, making him an outstanding role model for the entire student body.
Ross Howell has been helping out with all Fremont Athletics for the past 10 years. If there is an event at Fremont, then Ross helps run the show. Ross can be seen driving his golf cart or walking to Fremont as school lets out every-single-day. He is always in a good mood and that mind of his is going one million miles an hour at all times. Ross is one of the last ones to leave the school after practices and games. He has input all the time on how we can do things better, and he is usually right. Fremont would not be the same without the contributions and presence of Ross Howell!
