Professional Learning Opportunities

2019-2020 Professional Learning Calendar

Elementary English Language Arts Professional learning opportunities are available throughout the year in three different formats.

#ELABuzz Join us online Wednesdays from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm. for a quick, fast-paced, professional learning session. The latest and greatest English Language Arts related news and resources will be shared. Check your email for the link to join for the week or watch recorded sessions here on the ELA website under the ELA BUZZ tab. (See WSD Professional Learning Calendar "Digital Buzz Sessions" for content focus and dates.)

ELA Meet-Ups: Need a teacher pick-me-up? Come to these fun, conference-style, events facilitated by Teacher Fellows. Sessions are built on strategies, research, and techniques that you can implement tomorrow. These events are only twice a year so mark your calendars and watch your email for session details.

Traditional Sessions: Watch the calendar and your e-mail for other face-to-face and blended professional learning opportunities during school, after school, and during the summer. Registration is required.
