Use this form to request a Custodial Intern substitute. This form is for planned absences only. If you are requesting a substitute for the current work day or LESS than 24 hours in advance of the absence, DO NOT use this form. In those cases, call Custodial Services, Ryan or Amanda, on their cell phone to request a substitute. DO NOT use this form on weekends when requesting a substitute for Monday or within 24 hours of the absence. Instead, Call Ryan or Randy on their cell phone.
