In September, I will be focusing my classroom visits on self-control. This concept will greatly help students be successful in the classroom and their futures. We will cover specific topics such as: keeping our hands to ourselves, triggers, understanding size of problem and size of reaction, and taking responsibility for our actions.

In August, I will be visiting each classroom and completing an introduction lesson with the students. In this lesson I review where the Counseling Office is, what a School Counselor does, confidentiality, and how students can reach out to ask the School Counselor for help.
