Our Coalition leaders are enrolled members of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, Native, Latine, Asian, Brown, immigrants, queer, gender expansive, Two Spirit, LGBTQ, gay, Disabled, youth, and community change makers in Central Oregon. We have commited to being 100% BIPOC-led and at least 75% Two Spirit and LGBTQ-led.

We center the experiences of those most impacted by our work, especially Two Spirit and Native LGBTQ youth and community members from Warm Springs.
