About this Event
Teens are reporting higher levels of stress and anxiety, and with so many ever-changing adolescent stressors ranging from school, sports/activities, and college applications, to relationships, technology, and social media, knowing how to best support our tweens and teens through the often turbulent teen years can be a challenge.
Please join us for a discussion and Q&A with Tai Katzenstein, Ph.D. and Juliana Chen, M.D., co-directors of NWH: The Resilience Project Parents Program, on how to build resilience and support the overall emotional wellness of our teens and tweens.
Funded by The Manton Foundation
