Greetings Houghton Athletes! I hope you are all well, getting plenty of exercise, drinking enough water, finding restful sleep, and consuming healthy foods.
I will use this page to provide you links to activities to keep you moving. You will also find videos of me providing you with enrichment activities. Above all, this page is meant for us to stay connected to all of you, the wonderful girls and boys of Houghton Elementary.

I have been doing these workouts with my own children each morning and we love both the workout and Joe's energy! He plans on running these videos every morning beginning at 9 a.m. while school is out. If you search "The Body Coach" or "Joe Wicks" on YouTube you will see many more workouts Joe has posted.
