What they offer:
The Family Resource Network (FRN) has free services for families with children aged 0-18 through universal group-based programs including Early Child and Youth Development, Parent Education, and Traditional Parenting programs as well as individual services for parents, caregivers, and youth aged 13 and up through developing skills, strategies, and connections to community resources. Services are available in homes, community, or through phone or virtual appointments in Wetaskiwin, Millet, Ponoka, Rimbey, and surrounding areas.

What they offer:
Mâmawipaýiwin, the Cree word for togetherness, supports children, youth, and families to become actively involved in a cultural life by increasing the number of Indigenous experiences offered during service delivery.
Families will have access to culturally rooted programs and services ensuring all individuals have the opportunity to learn and practice culture.
The program collaborates with Indigenous people, Elders, and knowledge keepers, using the principles of Circle Process, Truth and Reconciliation, Relational Accountability, and Ceremony.
Programming will reflect the holistic nature of Indigenous worldviews, which considers the context and connection of children, family, and community well-being.

The Enrichment Program is a free, personalized, solution-focused counselling program that supports families with children ages 7-18 and youth directly to build skills, caregiver capacity, protective factors, develop strong support networks, and reduce risks to improve personal and family functioning as well as foster a safe, nurturing environment for children.
