On-the-Job Training is a paid experience for seniors who have secured their own job in any business/industry. Students attend class at WTC once a week with a focus on 21st century skills and attributes employers and colleges expect to successfully transition students from secondary education into the workforce and/or post-secondary education. OJT requires a written agreement between school, employer, student, and parent/guardian. Students are required to attend class and work 40 hours per month.

Students interested in OJT sign up during their school's registration window their junior year. Class sizes are limited and students may be placed on a waiting list per their counselor.
