Biography of WCI
Waterloo Collegiate Institute (WCI), founded in 1959, has been a cornerstone of education in the Waterloo Region for 65 years. WCI offers a wide range of programs, including Advanced Placement (AP), French Immersion, English as a Second Language (ESL), and Specialist High Skills Majors (SHSM). Known for its academic excellence, vibrant arts programs, and strong athletic achievements, WCI has built a legacy of student success and community involvement. Over the decades, the school has grown and evolved, embracing diversity and innovation while maintaining its proud traditions.
