8:00 AM – 8:35 AM | Project Drop-Off (Gym)
If you arrive before 8:00 AM, please wait in a line at the main door.
Members of the School Council and the admin team will guide students into the gym one at a time to place their projects on their assigned tables.
Table numbers will be provided as students enter the gym.
Name tags, organized by grade, will be placed on the tables. After placing their project, students should pick up their name tag before leaving.
Please help us maintain calm and order. With 89 projects, careful handling is essential to protect everyone’s work and respect our shared space.
11:15 AM – 1:15 PM | Project Showcase
All participants will return to the gym to present their projects to classes and teachers.
Name tags must be worn on shirts or sweaters—please do not attach them to outdoor jackets.
Participation certificates will be placed on each student’s table.
Students should take their certificates back to their classrooms at 1:15 PM and then bring them home safely.
3:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Judging
Judging will take place in two sessions. The 89 projects are divided into two groups: Group A (Grades 3 & 4) and Group B (Grades 5, 6, 7 & 8).

Group A — Grade 3 & 4 - Judging in the gym
Group B — Grade 5, 6, 7 & 8 - Refreshments on the 3rd floor

Group A — Grade 3 & 4 - Refreshments on the 3rd floor
Group B — Grade 5, 6, 7 & 8 - Judging in the gym
While enjoying refreshments, students are asked to remain in the designated area and not wander away, so the transition between groups can run smoothly and safely.
Parent volunteers and School Council members will be present throughout the judging period to assist and support the students.
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM | Family Viewing
All participants (Group A and Group B) should be in the gym as parents and family members tour the exhibits.
