Physical Activities

Maybe you don't want to deal with tech after a long day? That's fine too! Here are some activities we suggest.

  • Go on a Walk

Walking is great for your lungs and your mind, it gives you a chance to think and remember nature is there for you. :)

  • Go to the Gym

If you're comfortable, a gym is a great place to get support for working out! There' are so many things to do as well, it doesn't always have to be weightlifting.

Yoga has been known to help relax tension in your muscles and isn't strenuous. We've attached a little guide to it - click on it to see!

Self-care activities

Here are some extra activities - just in case the others don't hit right or don't suit your mood. We hope these also make you feel at ease!

  • Listen to Your Favourite Music

There's nothing better than hearing someone sing your emotions away, especially if it's your favourite playlist or song!

Guided meditation can be a good place to start if you feel as though you're not even a beginner. It's never too late to start!

  • Just sit and be. No expectations, no distractions.

Head empty is better than head stuffy - thinking is an activity that sometimes is what we need at the end of the day.

  • Journaling. Here is a good place to start!

Our team made an all about journaling page for this! If you're stuck, go to the Index, and find the 'All About Journaling' page. Or, just click on the hyperlink!
