The deadline to ask for course changes this semester is: WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4th, 2026.
We will NOT be accepting requests for course changes after this date!
PROCESS:
We will meet with all students who asked for changes after February 4th, until we have met with all students.
If you signed up to change your courses, then please be patient – you will be called down soon!
We will still be calling students down after February 4th, 2026 – but we will not be taking new requests for changes after Feb 4th.
We hope to have all course changes complete by February 9th, 2026. Follow your current timetable until we meet with you.
IF YOU ARE MISSING A NECESSARY COURSE, OR A PREREQUISITE, PLEASE EMAIL YOUR COUNSELOR AND WE WILL SEE YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
REMINDERS:
We call into your classes to call you down to change your timetable.
If you are not in class when we call, you go to the end of the list and we move on to the next student.
Also please note:
We do not make course changes so you can be in the same class as your friends or to change teachers.
We will do our best to make switches to E-Learning classes, but there is no guarantee that room will be available.
The regular Appointment Request Form will re-open by: February 17th, 2026.
