Self Portrait

This project of self portraits is to express 2 things that make up my personality in photos. I do not really like shooting people especially myself, I would rather shoot objects or landscape things. The two concepts I chose are basketball and fashion. As a point guard in basketball the thing I do most is dribbling so my 2 photos with the brown basketball is me doing some ball handling skills. The other two are to show my other half which is fashion. In one of them I am hidden behind clothes in my closet while the other one is a reflection of a basketball because people normally see me as athletic but I do have a fashion or fancy way to me too. Which is why I decided to put a lip gloss behind the mirror and half covered because it's not what people usually see in me. This project challenged me to think about what makes up my personality and explore who I am.
