Information for students interested in being on the design and production crew for Bye Bye Birdie is below.  All applications for crew are due by 2:30pm on Thursday, October 23rd.

Important Information:

1. Rehearsals highlighted in yellow are mandatory for the crew members listed.

2. Saturday January 17th is a mandatory day for ALL crew (excluding paint and build crew)

3. Monday January 19th (MLK Jr. Day) is a mandatory day for ALL crew (excluding paint and build crew)

4. Any rehearsal that says "ALL RUN CREW" means everyone except people who are on paint/build only.

5. If you cannot attend a rehearsal or paint/build day that you are called for and it was not specified on your application as a conflict, you must email Mr. Sullivan to let him know. Unless you give Mr. Sullivan at least one week notice or it is an emergency (illness, family emergency), it will count as an unexcused absence. More than two unexcused absences may result in dismissal from your position on the production crew.
