Waypoint Associates, LLC offers certification prep training for individuals and small groups. The prep training is always instructor-led and can be completed in an online classroom!
Certification prep training (oral exam rehearsal) specifically prepares you to sit for one of the RBLP Leadership Certification exams. Courses in Resilience-Building Leadership offered by colleges, universities, and employers are not a substitute for certification prep training.
Prior to meeting with your instructor, review each training module and answer reflection questions about your leader/follower experience.
During your training, the instructor will guide you through a discussion of each leader task to ensure you are well-prepared for your certification exam.
