Certified individuals who maintain their credential are authorized to use the RBLP designation and identify themselves as RBLP certified.

RBLP Coach Certification is ideal for experienced managers ready to advance their leadership impact.

People who earn the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Coach (RBLP-C) certification are resilient leaders that can build and lead resilient teams. They coach teams to solve problems, implement change, continuously improve, and innovate in the workplace.

People who earn and maintain the RBLP Coach certification may use the RBLP-C designation and describe themselves as RBLP Coach certified.

The RBLP Trainer Certification is intended for senior managers who lead other leaders and drive organizational development. 

Individuals who earn the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer (RBLP-T) certification are resilient leaders capable of building and leading resilient teams. They coach their teams to solve problems, implement change, drive continuous improvement, and foster workplace innovation. Their leadership helps organizations learn, adapt, and thrive.

Certified professionals who maintain their credential may use the RBLP-T designation and identify themselves as RBLP Trainer certified.

RBLP-T certified leaders are equipped to apply the Resilience-Building Leadership Framework to develop and deliver leader development programs within their organizations.

In addition, RBLP-T certified leaders are eligible to become Authorized Training Partners (ATPs), enabling them to provide exam preparation training—including oral exam rehearsal—for the full suite of RBLP leadership certifications.
