Waypoints
Waypoints are specific geographic locations defined by coordinates that help guide navigation from one point to another. Commonly used in aviation, maritime, hiking, and GPS-based travel, waypoints act as markers along a route, helping define a path or course.
In the context of life, a waypoint represents a strategic milestone or intentional checkpoint that guides a person or group towards their ultimate goals. Much like in navigation, life waypoints provide orientation, focus, and opportunities for reflection and adjustment along the journey.
Here at Waypoint Associates, LLC, we are here to help you or your team define and find your way on your journey. We offer several programs grouped under the following:
We are proud to be an Authorized Training Partner with the Resilience Leader Training Program (RBLP), which is the is the credentialing body for the RBLP Leadership Certifications. RBLP is the only nationally recognized series of leadership certifications. This tiered certification program provides frontline, experienced, and senior managers with a means to validate the leadership knowledge, skills, and experience they have gained getting the work done in all kinds of organizations.
RBLP leadership certifications have significant college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE). These certifications are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor Career One Stop site as a workforce development resource for employees and employers. The U.S. Department of Defense credentialing programs and the GI Bill fund these certifications for military personnel and veterans. We offer examination preparation courses for all three levels of the RBLP Leadership Certifications. These courses can be taken individually, or as part of a cohort.
