All sponsors and jersey orders must follow the WATL Jersey & Sponsor Guidelines linked here.

Note - WATL & WKTL are no longer requiring preapproval for Jersey logos. Competitors are still expected to follow these guidelines, and in the event that a competitor earns a spot on a livestreamed/televised match, and has a Jersey that contains inappropriate or banned imagery, they will be required to change Jerseys to a generic, unnamed Jersey or WAKTC event tee. 

Please follow the guidelines to ensure your name and jersey design will be reflected on camera! 

All currently affiliated WATL venues are approved logos, so long as they follow the sponsorship guidelines, including but not limited to suggestive imagery and family-friendly depiction.

Logos on the list below have been previously approved and are confirmed to be ready for display on televised distribution. WATL is no longer collecting sponsors in this database, but it may be freely used to skip confirmation.

The sponsor logos in this sheet have been previously approved and are 100% safe to use. You may only use sponsor logos that you have an agreement with the company on.

You will order your jerseys directly through Sublime; there will only be 1 co-branded jersey for this event.

We are no longer reviewing sponsors on WATL's end. All you need to do is submit your sponsors in the form by name only and ensure they meet WATL logo guidelines, as all logos will be sourced or recreated by the jersey manufacturer from their existing professional logo library. They will follow up to obtain your graphic file(s), only if the logo you request isn't already in their system.

All players must order a jersey to be worn at the event. Jerseys must be worn at all times while actively competing.

Logos must be a minimum of 1500 X 1500 pixels.

Logos submitted that are smaller than this minimum requirement will be replaced with the sponsor's name as text only.

Vector files are preferred.
