Airport security has gotten used to competitors with axes and knives in their checked luggage over the years, but it's still very helpful for competitors to travel prepared. Below is a printable document that will help ease any concerns TSA may have when they inspect your checked luggage. (NEVER try to bring throwing equipment in a carry-on!)

Airport Shuttle Service

Subject to Change - Check closer to the event!

Arrival:

The Double Tree by Hilton shuttle operates every half-hour during the hours of 4:00 AM - 11:00 PM each day. (eg. 4:00 AM, 4:30 AM, 5:00 AM etc.)

If you require pickup information or to pre-schedule, please call the Hilton at 918-495-1000. Shuttles are Mercedes Sprinters (white) with DoubleTree logos.  Pick up will be located near the middle of the pickup area located at the airport. 

Departure:

The shuttle will be running every hour on Sunday and Monday from 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM, as checkout is at 12:00 PM. If you are in need of departure outside of the times listed, please notify the front desk or call 918-495-1000.
