Despite our best efforts, the shuttle service that was lined up unfortunately has fallen through. Via a combination of low hotel room bookings through the block we contracted, poor communication from the 3rd party shuttle company, and Doubletree's lack of guaranteed resources, we are unable to provide shuttle service this weekend.
