Greeting and escorting guests to tables in the restaurant, monitoring the restaurant and all staff, and maintaining a courteous and efficient operation of the dining room to ensure guest satisfaction. 

Previous hosting experience is a plus but not required. Excellent English skills are required.

• Hourly Wage:  $16.00 (NO TIPS)

You would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:· Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner· Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials· Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system· Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner· Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service· Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations· Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times

As a Pool Attendant, you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests at the pool in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:· Greet guests and attend to their pool-related needs including, but not limited to, getting fresh towels, relocating chairs and/or umbrellas, confirming registration and issuing recreational equipment, etc.· Clean the pool area including, but not limited to, ashtrays, furniture, tables, decks, pool tiles, shower tiles, slide tiles, rocks and cabanas· Collect and replenish pool towels and monitor inventory to minimize loss· Maintain equipment including, but not limited to, umbrellas, speakers, rafts, pool toys, etc.· Monitor use of the facility and address and/or report potential hazards· Respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner· Perform general Recreation duties, as needed.

Provides courteous and efficient guest service from point of arrival through check out. Orientates the guests through the spa facility, greets guests, and provides personalized service. Excellent English and customer service skills are required.
