Housing offered by the employer - participants need to request housing!! Don't assume you already have it, ask for it to HR!
Students will need to sign a 4-month lease. Full month must be paid, regardless of the date of arrival or departure. - all summer season.
Rent: Range between $650 - $1,150/per month (Depending on the unit chosen), deducted from paycheck biweekly.
Deposit: Equivalent to one months rent. The deposit will be refunded if, after departure, the room is left clean and undamaged. There is a $50 nonrefundable fee for cleaning after departure.
First month rent + $500 security deposit due before arrival.
Housing: Dormitory Style, 1-3 participants per bedroom.
The units have a fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and mini fridge.
Each room will be in a shared apartment (unit) with a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
Laundry facilities available onsite.
Housing is Slopeside Village.
Utilities included in the cost of rent: Gas, Electricity, Sewer, Water, Trash Service and Internet Access.

It should be noted that some employers do not provide housing, others offer it with limited availability, and a final group of employers provides housing for all their participants.
If the employer offers accommodation, the rates vary depending on the employer.
To reserve accommodation, the participant must comply with the rules established by the employer, such as payment deadlines and the submission of required documentation.
Housing and details can change throughout the season and even before you travel. (Be flexible!)
