CULINARY APPLICANTS

We kindly request that you submit two videos that demonstrate your culinary skills while speaking in English. This will help us evaluate both your technical abilities and your communication skills in a professional environment.

Specifications:

• Each video should be no longer than 2 minutes.

• The video should be continuous, with no edits or cuts.

• Please explain in English each step as you cook.

Video 1:

Prepare the mise en place for a 3-egg omelette with vegetables. You may choose any vegetables you prefer, but you will need to include at least the following:

• 1 vegetable cut into julienne

• 1 vegetable cut into brunoise

• 1 vegetable cut into chiffonade

Video 2:

Prepare the omelette, incorporating the ingredients from the first video.
