Deliver product and mountain information with knowledge in a friendly environment while assuring guests we are there to assist them. Responsibilities include making suitable recommendations for products, printing tickets, entering personal information into profiles, and solving problems.

Lift Operator/Recreation Attendant
Also known as Recreation Attendant. Responsible for the safety of our guests while they are loading, riding, and unloading our chairlifts. We strive to provide exceptional experiences to each guest through our front-line guest service. Students in this position will work as a lift operator, tube hill attendant, or mountain coaster operator.
Assists with daily setup and routine maintenance of lift areas. Assists all guests in loading, riding, and unloading the chairlifts and coaster cars. Able to work for extended periods outside. Works closely with lift maintenance to assist and resolve any problems that may arise on the mountain. Take initiative to perform duties that facilitate operations and maintain the cleanliness of your work area while paying attention to detail. Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Manager. Assist with setup and take down of Mountain Coaster Cars and chairlift start-up procedures. Oversee the safety checks and safe operations of Mountain Coaster, or assigned lift. Demonstrate a helpful, positive attitude at all times to guests, co-workers and supervisors. Follow company/department policies and procedures.

Front of the house - Food & Beverage
Employees will work directly with customers in a fast-paced environment to consistently provide excellent delivery of food and service. They will ensure our restaurant operations run smoothly; maintain a clean work environment and demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor. They will work closely with other members of the F&B team to ensure food and beverage qualities and quantities are up to par.
*Must be 21 years of age to serve alcohol and be willing to obtain Tips Certification.

Utility Worker
Also known as "base area maintenance/janitorial staff" is essential to mountain operations. Maintenance staff should be detail-oriented, have some basic experience with tools, and have a great work ethic. Being able to work alone and stay on task is a must (generally two on staff at a time).
Responsibilities (But not limited to): Cleaning Bathrooms. Maintaining Building Appearances. Trash Services; Other tasks as deemed appropriate by supervisors; Constantly looking to improve appearance across the mountain with trash removal. Able to fix small projects such as broken door handles; Must be able to work independently or in a small team to accomplish daily job-related tasks. Demonstrate a helpful, positive attitude at all times to guests, co-workers, and supervisors. Follow company/department policies and procedures. Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Manager.
